Performance characteristics of catalytic combustion equipment

1. Metal platinum and palladium are plated on the honeycomb ceramic carrier as a catalyst, the purification efficiency is as high as 97-99%, the equipment has a long life, and is renewable, and the gas flow resistance is small;

3. Preheating for 15-30 minutes with full power heating. When working, it only consumes the power of the machine. When the concentration of exhaust gas is low, it will automatically compensate and heat intermittently;
4. The waste heat can be returned to the drying tunnel for drying work, reducing the power consumption in the original drying tunnel; it can also be used for heat energy recycling in other aspects of the factory
Precautions for catalytic combustion treatment
1. Exhaust gas components must not contain the following substances; grease with high viscosity. Such as phosphorus, bismuth, arsenic, antimony, mercury, lead, tin; high concentration dust;
2. When selecting equipment, indicate the composition, concentration and outlet temperature of the exhaust gas;
3. There is no corrosive gas in the equipment installation place, and there are good rainproof measures;
4. The power supply required by the equipment is: three-phase AC 380V frequency 50Hz;
